Shipping, Returns and Refund

• We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at marketing@orangesugar.in
• We will initiate a return/exchange pickup, you can expect further communication via email
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive on your original payment method within 10 business days.

We at Orange Sugar understand that things change especially when it comes to your orders on our site. That is why we have made it easier for you to make changes and cancellations. Whether you want to increase the quantity of an item or simply cancel it, we are here with the best possible solution. This means that you can cancel at any time if your order has not been shipped. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available on all orders
• Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 5-10 working days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
• COD Fees: No COD fees on all COD orders
• COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation. Please note, that two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as canceled
• If you opt for COD, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners when the package is delivered to you.
• You are requested to pay in cash only. Do not accept cheque, demand draft or online payment for COD orders
